Any one can demand and give a complaint regarding the work or materials quality & quantity or cost of the work or material or any other with proofs. The concerned person who ever may be must give a receipt of the complaint to him or her. With prior decisions and agreements they will quote very high rate and then the decided lowest quotation giving person or firm will win the tender. And that wined person /firm will pay huge amounts to the all participants (competitors) of the tender individually on the same day. After this the wined contractor has to pay the normal and regular decided percentages to all the department persons. And there will not be any change in this. If political involvement is there then they also will receive their bulk shares for recommending and for their planning. In General for all High Tenders’ political involvement will be there without any exceptions. In this way many and many types of fraud persons and the cheaters are participating in the Corruptions and they are looting the National Money or Public Money.
