We fight for Excellent Education in the India. Where the money is going ?

In our country we are having lakhs of Government’s primary, secondary and high schools and also colleges under the control of State and Central Governments. Govts are expending thousands of crores of rupees every year. Govts are attracting the students to join in those schools or colleges by giving mid day meals, eggs, breads, scholarships and like wise many things. In many villages there are not more than 5 students but the teachers are minimum two including Head master. We are getting very very poor results every year. For the Govt teacher posts minimum B.Ed or TTC is compulsory. And they get salary 10 to 50 times more than the private school teachers. They have good number of holidays and comfortable timings to teach the students and pension/gratuity, medical facilities, LTC and etc.., And they are enjoying all facilities when compared with the private institution teachers. Here we have to note one Major important thing. Majority of the Private institution’s teachers are 10th class or intermediate qualified and they are paid in between Rs:300 to Rs:500 in villages, Rs:1000/- to Rs:2000/- in towns, Rs:1500/- to Rs:5000/- in Cities. Even though the parents in the villages, towns, cities will rush to join their children in these private schools by paying huge amount of donations and regular monthly fees. Every year they will get 90% to 100% results. Governments will impose their ridiculous rules on this private institutes only. Actually they should be rewarded.

We fight for Excellent Education in the India. Where the money is going ?

In general the political people, State and Central Government’s all department’s employees, attenders and the 4th class employees and even the children of that particular govt school teachers/employees also will join their children – only in the private schools and colleges. What is the meaning of this.. ? This indicates that they are not at all having any kind of belief on the Government schools – even though they are the Government servants. And all of them retire in their life as the Government employees by enjoying all facilities in the duty period and some facilities after their retirement.

So to change the system we will make rules (at the time of joining in the service only) so that each and every state or central government employee must join their children in the govt schools and govt colleges only. If this is done by hook or cook, then due to the fear of the officials and political persons (whether the school may be in a village or town or city) the School standards will be increased dramatically. So that the Governments policy in education changes from root level in our Country. So let us unite. Join in the party and support us to make changes in the country. We must make necessary changes.
