The Accidents are increasing year by year. We can minimize these accidents.
The people and Government should know about the consequences of the accidents.
In India In the year 2012 the total recorded accidents are around 4,40,000. Persons killed are 1,39,091. Persons injured and physically disabled are 4,69,900. According to one survey there are about twice of these mentioned figures which were settled out of the doors due to the fear of Police and Court cases.

How to minimize these ACCIDENTS ? If we take some steps these can be controlled up to Maximum extent. We well take proper measuring steps for this. When we observe the accidents – Majority are at the Night, early in the mornings and the sun setting time. Major points for the accidents are
1.) The Dark colored vehicles – Black, Brown, Green, Red, and Blue. and etc., are not clearly visible in the nights.. When they notice those colored vehicles, reflex will not work instantly, Hence the accidents. So they must be avoided. If the Drivers are alcoholic then the accidents will be more. So they should be checked frequently when driving.

2.) Road Taxes on the vehicles are more and more with conditions that which are not able to follow by the people. And every year they are increasing. In the same way the multiple toll gate taxes on the vehicles is also one of the causes for the accidents.
Commercial vehicle drivers are driving the vehicles fast in hurry within the stipulated period to maximize their income without sleeping and taking rest. In the same way the toll tax is also playing role in these accidents. To minimize the expenditures the people are driving fast neglecting the risk and damaging their lives and others lives including money. We will minimize the taxes and we will remove the toll gate taxes.

- ) We can observe the dividers abruptly starting on the road with no caution of traffic symbol.. At night or at day time these are very dangerous to all types of vehicles and people. They can’t control the vehicles if they observe in a short span of time when compared to their running speed of the vehicle.
4.) Absence of Symbols regarding culverts, Wells adjacent to the roads, Steep down or up roads, Speed breakers, narrow or pin curves and like this many are there.
We will handover this to the local village or town or city authorities and make them responsible in their areas. They should check and see to display the traffic symbols or the traffic signs on their roads. This must be compulsory.

5.) Mortgaged vehicles repayment period also will play an important role for the accidents. Hence the time period and method of the repayments must be liberal and those rules and regulations should not keep the owner and driver of the vehicle in tense. We will frame liberal rules and regulations without any harassment for the repaying of the loan amounts.

6.) Issuing of the driving licenses should be for only one time. There must not be renewal of the driving license. But the issuing of the license must be followed strictly. We will remove the Recurring renewal system for the driving licenses. And this should be under the control of Central government only.

7.) We will hand over the inspection or checking of any type or kind of checking regarding the vehicles to the RTO only. If any accident occurs then the police involvement will be compulsory.

8.) We will instruct the banks and financiers to arrange Loans on first priority for the repairs of the vehicles. If not the people are compromising and neglecting with the major or minor repairs which is leading to the accidents.

9.) For all types of new vehicles we will instruct to release (and control old) the speed to maximum 60 km per hour. Maximum driving speed in cities is 40 KM only. And for Military, police, Security or any other related vehicles Maximum speed will be relaxed according to their discretion. Speed thrills but definitely on any day it kills. The lives of our people are more important than any thing for our country. People are also not permitted to become disabled or physically handicapped due to the speed of the vehicles. At the same time fuel consumption will also decreases & it counts for our country.

10.) We will make arrangements in the consumption of the fuel for the vehicles. We will instruct our automobile scientists and manufactures to increase maximum efficiency for the mileage and durability and long life for the vehicle and its all parts but not the speed of the vehicles. We need this for the economy of our country and safety for our people. Delay in traveling is far better than the accidents and deaths or permanent physical disability and heavy loss of money to either sides or for insurance companies.
