management in India is also done without purchasing the land. And if we develop in this way, the water transport will also be developed in the space in the middle of the High way roads.
If we develop solar power system along side of these roads and canal, the power generated can be utilized for the lightening on the roads in nights and the remaining produced power can be utilized by the states.
