To prevent this our governments are expanding the width of the present roads, constructing the bypass roads, fly overs, Metro lines, local trains, rail cars, developing traffic controlling systems, methods, police and other departments and etc., and they are solving the problem to some extent only. But this is disturbing our health and wealth and on the entire National economy This Problem is increasing day by day, and all are the sufferers due to this increasing traffic flow.

Due to the traffic problems, People are unable to reach their homes, offices or any other destination places in time. Every day there is no guarantee to reach their homes safely. At the same time due to this heavy traffic, pollutions and tensions – pulmonary and chest diseases, acidity, digestive problems, heart attacks, paralysis, kidneys problems, nose, ears, eyes problems, cancers and etc., are increasing. Obesity and infertility conditions are also increasing in the both sexes. These are all due to the tensions and having their disturbed food habits and disordered timings. Children are unable to go to schools and patients can’t reach the hospitals in time, in the same way the employees and others. In this way the people are affected in many ways. The traveling distances are increasing due to their professions, traffic diversions, one way traffic and traffic jams. Hence the people are used to travel daily more and more distances. So to solve this… We planned an easy way and almost perfect planning for ever. This planning will minimize the above said all problems. For the sake of the public – the State and Central Governments should implement the following compulsory rules.

For all employees either Government, Corporate or Private – the distance in between their residence and their working office should be not more than 2-4 kilometers according to the location i.e.,, town or city or metro city. Each and every employee should submit the “Distance certificate” from their residing house owner or any other and a proof approved by the concerned department and their working office. If they fail to submit they are not eligible to receive all benefits (except the salary) i.e., Bonus & HRA & Traveling allowances & LTC & Medical facilities & Insurance & etc., If this is implemented then the Re-shuffling of the jobs and residences and work premises will be done only for once. And then the process will be stream lined. If any manipulation is there regarding the distance or certificate submitted, then non recoverable severe action should be there for both employee and employer. If this kind of change is implemented then both the employees and employers will concentrate on the respective near houses, apartments or premises to stream lining their work and benefits.
