Details: – Each and every product will be available to the people – only through the Business people.We should plan and modify our rules in a way that – any one can start his/her/their own business, any where in India even on the foot path, without having any kind of restrictions. (Except weapons, narcotics, adulterated food, wines etc., which are dangerous to the public life and property.) In general foot path business people will serve majority of the people’s requirements. For this we should remove all types of registration fees & license fees and all types of deposits. Due to these deposits and reg/license fee structure, majority of the people in India are not able to establish and continue their own business to serve the people. The norms that we are following now are ridiculous. Due to these present rules and regulations, day by day the corruption in all departments is increasing and concerned persons are continuously approaching the departments for months and years. You can watch this any where. This is the Corruption Starting Point. After a lot of strain and stress, after starting their business – The business people are not able to follow the present hardly or impossible conditions to continue their businesses. Many and many business persons are closing their businesses and they are losing their efforts and money and also they are facing unwanted departmental harassment. Finally the are applying for IP or dropping or changing their businesses to live their normal lives in the country.
For the easy reach of the products to the public in India and to avoid the unwanted restrictions and delays in the departments including the corruption, we should modify the rules as – Submitting Only one single application form with a copy without any fee is enough to receive all concerned departmental licenses at the applicant’s premises within 30 days from the applied date. (I am happy that this is now implemented with some changes by the AP CM – KCR as Single Window Method. It is based on my suggestions. Thanks to KCR for accepting this. I told this should be applicable for any kind of business.) After applying if the licenses are not issued (to that particular business organization/person/s) by any kind of departmental reasons, they/he can start the business from the 34th day from the date of the application submitted – without any objections from the Govts. And the concerned Departmental persons should be punished and they should come and apology the applicant at his/her/their business premises.
