criminals -1

Criminals don’t have any kind of jurisdictions.

We need lifetime happiness and it should be forever – for that we should plan for our country so that the country will be without the criminals and criminal attitudes. Unfortunately the most needed department for the public safety ‘The Police’ is having jurisdictions and controls. This is the basic point for the criminal attitude in the criminals. When the departmental people are unable to take immediate actions due to their jurisdictions and the legal restrictions the intelligent criminals will take this opportunity and will escape easily. This seeds in others to become criminals.

For the maintenance of public peace the total security departments within the country must be under the control of Indian Military/Army only. Within the Country it should be as ‘Indian Police’ .

To fulfill duties in the areas of maintenance of public peace and order ((( crime prevention, investigation, and detection, collection of intelligence, VIP security, counter-terrorism, border policing, railway policing, tackling smuggling, drug trafficking, economic offences, corruption in public life, disaster management, enforcement of socio-economic legislation, bio-diversity and protection of environmental laws, Leading and commanding the Indian Intelligence Agencies like Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW), Intelligence Bureau (IB), Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI), Criminal Investigation Department (CID) etc., Indian Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, Civil and Armed Police Forces in all the states and union territories. Leading and commanding the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) which include the Central Police Organizations (CPO) and Central Paramilitary Forces (CPF) such as Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), National Security Guard (NSG), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Vigilance Organizations and etc., ))) they must interact and coordinate closely with the members of other All Indian Services and primarily with the Indian Army.

So we will plan to merge all security departments of all states in India as ‘Indian Police’ under one roof – the Indian Military. It gives a strong sense of protection and service to the people and to the Country.
