MLMs are the great businesses in the World. They involves a Small amount of risk with a certain amount of inherited risk involved when any one becomes or joins as an entrepreneur to do the MLM business. The advantage of this MLM lies in the fact that marketers can get a deep penetration in the market in a short period of time. As like any other business model this form of marketing has its own advantages and also some disadvantages. On the whole we have to neglect the disadvantages. Because the failure candidates loses very little money and time when compared with any other business or shares business. In MLM any one is a boss and works according to his own comfort and in the same way his down line persons. The rate of business growth can be exponential if smartly managed. In MLM. There are no constrains of nationality, geography as far as this form of marketing is concerned. MLM requires great inter personal and communication skills. So the individual has to develop his skills with the guidance of his seniors.
MLM marketing holds many advantages, mostly for the business. A business that uses MLM marketing as a means to market a product or service gains the advantage of not having to hire full time salespeople. Marketing is done through a multi tiered system of independent representatives, each in business for him or herself. These are the people responsible for selling the product or service offered by the company and for recruiting new independent salespeople into the business. MLM is often a very attractive business model to those looking for as full time or to supplement their current income. The major drawback is, of course, the idea of getting paid for someone else’s work. This hurdle can be solved by proper training and sparing some more time. Unfortunately more number of people joins in MLM and will not work properly as guided by their seniors and company. Hence their failures. In general some people simply enters in this MLM and do nothing, But their expectations will be more and more. They just invest some money as entrepreneur and expect bulk money through MLM without any efforts. These people are the only people that they say MLM are not good. For such persons the initial attitude itself is not suitable for MLM. MLM needs Small amount of investment and work and communication skills and patience.

Obligatory, brutish headed, arrogant, reckless, negligent, planning less, persons having superiority or inferiority complex, respect less on others will never get success results and in general they are the main failure persons in the MLMs. These types of persons don’t have proper planning and communication skills. They never get maximum success results in any profession. Due to such persons MLM has been a controversial practice for most of its history. No company will close or withdraw the services if the joined people work according to their structure. Governments should encourage the MLM business process in the country so that the unemployment problem will be solved with the individuals’ efforts and their plans to lead their families in a happy way.
